Virtual Coaching
Our Virtual Learning Center (VLC) is the home of our unique and inspiring 7-Day MPH Program and of many other online coaching programs in our Coaching for Success Series. MIDEGO utilizes it unique Coaching for Success Approach to bring a new era in public health to people around the world.
One of the most common barriers to improving healthcare in developing countries and reaching the MDGs is the challenge of providing timely and affordable technical assistance and support to health workers in the "frontlines" so they can learn how to improve their work and apply what they learn. With that goal in mind, we have developed a number of programs that get the needed technical assistance and support to those that need it now! Our Coaching for Success Approach is based on micro-learning, that is helping people learn exactly what they need to know now to take the next step to improve their performance and results today, and individualized coaching to support them to take that step and the next, and the next and the next.
The VLC is a website where health workers, program managers, NGO staff and other development professionals find up-to-date knowledge and tools to put this new knowledge to work.
Through the VLC, our clients access our coaching program and all the support they need to improve their services and program 1% every day! The VIRTUAL LEARNING CENTER is your access point to capacity building programs that will help you learn through case studies and individual coaching, develop networks of like-minded leaders in public health, and achieve better public health outcomes as you fulfill your "Unique Public Health Mission."
